Electroless Nickel

Electroless nickel (EN) plating is a high-performance metal finishing process that uses an autocatalytic chemical reaction to deposit a uniform nickel-phosphorus or nickel-boron coating on all surfaces, including complex geometries and internal bores, without electrical current. This coating delivers exceptional hardness, superior wear and corrosion resistance, and excellent lubricity, with properties that can be further enhanced through heat treatment. EN plating also offers low friction, strong adhesion to metals and non-metals, and customizable finishes ranging from matte to bright, making it ideal for demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, electronics, and industrial environments.
